Molly Horses is a four-piece noise-punk band formed in 2023 in Los Angeles. They released their debut single “Beatty” at the end of 2023 and they have recently released their second single, “King Dundalk.” It’s a song that acts as a “cautionary tale about letting your ego get the better of you as you dig yourself a deeper hole instead of trying to climb out of it.”
The single features sharp guitar work and a blend of post-punk intensity, with a pummeling garage rock and punk spirit with the ever-observant lyrics and vocal delivery. Imagine the wit and grooviness of Viagra Boy and Shame blended with the artful math rock guitars of Preoccupations.
