South London four-piece Shrimp Eyes have released “Sunshine/Shadow”, the third song from their upcoming EP. It follows the previously shared “Adventures.”

It’s a magnetic blend of post-punk with an all-out assault of garage rock riffs and a catchy chorus that will sneak its way into your brain. It has a magnetic power and charm to it that doesn’t take long to rope you in and once it does, there’s no letting go.

Speaking on the track, the band adds:

The song chronicles the frustration of getting stuck in a downward spiral of bad habits. It’s the grapple with the guilt and shame that comes with knowing that destructive behaviours will only leave you feeling terrible, but you are trapped and unable to stop doing them.
