Vancouver-based indie rockers Neighbourly are following up their debut album with their new EP, Outside 311, which will be released on March 21st.
They’ve shared the first single “She’s Going Out” which sees the band bring a post-punk sound with a jangly and funky spirit that gives it a bit of an art-rock Talking Heads quality that they work in magically. There’s a bit of a Tops meets Dry Cleaning element to it that they absolutely run away with.
