CHUCK is the musical moniker of Charles Griffin Gibson, an award-winning East Coast-raised American filmmaker living and currently working in Oslo, Norway.
He has recently made his return with “Nothing Matters to Me Now”, the first in a series of new releases. The track captures a warm early 2000s indie rock and synth-driven pop sound that feels like it came out during the emergence of the music blog Heydey. There’s a warm and wholesome twee quality to the track, with some sneaky big pop hooks and an addictive chorus.
