Kentucky indie rock trio Future Fossils got together after jam sessions in 2020. A few years later in the summer of 2022, they released their self-titled EP.
One of the highlights is the single “Trees” which takes a more 90s-inspired approach with a loose garage rock charm that has a distinct raw grit but also an instinct to instill some hook-filled choruses to deliver a sound that works to perfection.
