Garden Station are four childhood best friends from the suburbs of Philly who have recently shared their third album, A Little Less Sweat, via EJL Records. We previously posted its single “Losing My Head.”
One of the albums highlights is the single “Told You So,” which is a song about “regret and realizing that despite all your excuses and finger pointing, you were wrong.”
There is a lush 90’s-inspird shoegazy and emotive nature to the track that feels like a lost gem from the era, that could’ve appeared on a Sub Pop compilation. There’s just a charm and passion to the track, with en emotional undercurrent that is vivid and sincere.
