The Slashes are a three-piece post punk / goth band from San Diego who recently won us over with their cover of B-Movie’s “Nowhere Girl.”
The track captures the spirit of the original with a bit of a dark atmospheric gritty take of the classic, which is both faithful yet also finds a way to harness an energy and cinematic nature completely of its own.
