Brooklyn singer-songwriter Nora Roy recently returned with new single “No Steppy Snik” a track that will appear on an upcoming EP.

There is a blend of 90s dream pop with a sludgy garage rock fuzziness to it, which calls to mind of some of the work of artists such as Slow Pulp. There is a sneak slow burn but undeniable power to the track.

Speaking on the track, Roy adds:

This track was written in 2019 and turned into a demo version of what you hear today in April 2020. With the help of friends I present to you today, ‘No Steppy Snik’. A silly little title with heady subject matter wrapped up in a 90’s sludge, slowcore, alt rock package. Enjoy.
