Saucers Over Washington is an Orlando, Florida-based band that takes its name from the famous UFO flap that occurred in the Washington D.C. area in July 1952.
They recently returned with their new single “Desert Sky” a song that is about a “road-tripping couple traveling through the desert in search of their cosmic origins.” It’s a 90’s era blistering shoegaze ripper with glorious fuzzy guitars and a dreamy lush nature that indeed feels like you’re powering through both time and space.
