French musician ALIAS recently returned with his throbbing single “Cursed” a track that has a dark yet vibrant nature to it. Elements of electronic and dance rock combine with traces of post-punk from its atmospherics and vocal delivery.
“Cursed” is a track described as “the sweet spot where everything goes wrong.” It has a steady groove and dance spirit that builds and builds, somehow sounding like a mix of Yard Act, LCD Soundsystem, IDLES, and The Streets. It’s hard to find many tracks with this much spark and energy that is as flat out infectious.
