Munan is a the project of Korean-Australian artist Peter Lee who is gearing up for the release of his debut EP. It features the super smooth lead single “Luv Me”, a song about “unrequited love and how far we go to get the attention of that special someone.”

It features the unique psych-pop structure of Tame Impala with traces of Swedish pop titans like Miike Snow and even some early Foster The People. There is a vibrant atmosphere and spirit with a ridiculously catch chorus that marks the song as a perfect song to relive the glory days of this summer.

Speaking on the songs creation, Lee adds:

Luv Me was written with my friend Sterling Silver (who co-wrote Freak Like Me and I Don’t) latelast year. I started off with the bass and the drums and gradually stacked other elements ontop of it. The songwas written and produced in a way that as you listen to it, it becomesgradually brighter. I managed doing this by going from minor to major in the chorus, and I likedhow it transitions to a different mood in the chorus with the added synths and the acousticguitars
