Swedish indie rockers The Resonance recently returned with their single “Desolation”, which will be included on an upcoming new EP. The track features sharp and uplifting guitar work that has the sharp angular tones of Interpol and Franz Ferdinand.
While there is an anthemic and catchy nature to “Desolation” it also captures a dark observant melancholic nature, diving into themes of “relationships that are impossible to live with, and to live without.”
