California-based singer-songwriter Patrick Ames recently returned with his new single “Somehow I’ll Find a Way”, a breezy light rocker that was produced by his long-time collaborator Jon Ireson.
The track is a tongue-in-cheek track about “quitting songwriting while driving home from a gig he just quit.” The track blends elements of Americana, singer-songwriter folk, and even some retro pop that sounds like something from a bygone era was good music and pop music were one and the same.
