Avalyn are a newly formed Liverpool-based four-piece who recently released their new single “Sea Change,” a song about losing people that are once close to you.
They combined lush and bright-minded dream pop / shoegaze elements with a dreamy quality that soars with an emotive and melancholic refrain. It sounds plucked straight out of the 90s, combined with the modern musing of contemporaries of the genre such as Alvvays and Slow Pulp.
