Laveda, the Albany-based duo of Ali Genevich (vocals/guitar) and Jake Brooks (vocals/guitar/synths), returned in April with their new album A Place You Grew Up In, which was released via PaperCup Music.
One of the standouts of the record is title track “A Place You Grew Up In”, a powerhouse confession rock and pop anthem that combines into a culmination of all of their emotional powers. Anthemic yet intimate, it packs a heavy punch that will break your heart in two.
