This weekend saw 88rising’s first New York-based edition of their annual Head In The Clouds Festival. The festival took place at Forest Hills Stadium celebrating Asian talent, just in time for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, while also benefiting Heart Of Dinner – a nonprofit that works to fight food insecurity experienced by Asian American elderly.
We caught many great acts during a rainy Day 1 and our photographer Emily Tan returned for an equally epic Day 2 that featured headlining performances from Niki, DPR Live, Yeek, XG, and many more.
