Lunar Isles is the moniker of David Skimming, a Scottish multi-instrumentalist who “produces surf-tinged dream pop songs” from his newfound home in South Korea, such as last year’s “Balloons.”

He’s recently released his new album Right Way Round, a collection of dreamy indie-pop such as the lovely opener, “When It’s Gone.” The track coasts in a breezy charming manner, with jangly guitar work and a lush dreamy atmosphere that recalls some of the early work of Beach Fossils.

The entire album can be found available to stream and buy at Bandcamp and you can stream “When It’s Gone” now below.
