Last Days is the project of Northumberland producer Graham Richardson, who leaves us in a trance with his gorgeous ambient stunner “Free Energy.” The song is taken from his recently released thematic album Windscale, an album that focuses on Britain’s most significant nuclear disaster in 1957 at the Windscale nuclear plant.
Like a blend of Brian Eno and Sigur Ros, “Free Energy” is a devastatingly beautiful piece of music that says more with ambient moments of silence and arrangements that you could envision during a crucial scene in a moving drama.
