Swimmingly, the project of East London indie-folk singer/songwriter Mack Hofberg, has recently returned with his single “My Heart Can’t Take A Hint”, a song about feeling like you’re always in the background, and the “moments that disposition falters, and I hurt myself by wanting more.”
“My Heart Can’t Take A Hint” is further proof of Hofberg’s natural knack for crafting gorgeously composed folk songs with a touching approach and a haunted atmosphere with a cinematic presence lingering in the air.
