Houston, Texas rockers Mister Data caught our attention earlier in the year with their single “Bad Actors”, ahead of their debut album, which will be released this Spring.
They have since returned with another album single with “Life Ordinary” a bristling bright-minded slice of indie power pop with a rather sunny disposition and charm. Great earnest lyrics and smooth catchy melodies and even guitar solos that remind of greats of the genre like The New Pornographers and Fountains of Wayne. “Life Ordinary” is anything but ordinary.
