Newcastle indie rock trio Bosolo recently returned with their new single “Worth The Wait”, a song written about “failing lockdown romance in which the boredom and trauma of the pandemic place a wedge between a couple as they drift apart in front of the television, unable to be apart and unable to keep living together in the same way.”
The track captures a 90s jangle pop and indie rock spirit that is for lack of a better phrase, charming as hell. Awesome hooks, slick guitar work, and a nostalgic production style and feeling in the air that really hits that sweet spot, reminding of bands like Teenage Fan Club.
