Mordechai Mendoza is the alter ego of Toronto-based singer, songwriter, and guitarist Adam Beer-Colacino who recently returned with his debut album, Introducing. The album is a compilation of years of “stories, experiences, triumphs and let downs.”
This is best seen in the lead single “Poor Soul”, a soulful blend of classic rock, folk, and soul that feels like it could have been taken from a different era of music entirely. Great vocals, thoughtful lyrics, blistering guitar work and well-accompanying horns.
