Swedish indie outfit Tom Bandy & the Eternal Summer Break previously won our hearts with the wildly titled “Shady Guy With Lyme Disease” and have since returned with the equally great “The Perfect Lawn.”
The track tackles a warm 80s nostalgic glow of dreamy indie rock and new wave that uses it’s raw nature to further its warm melancholic glow. Or as they describe it: “A darkly humorous 80s pop song about a man and his lawn.”
