Birmingham, Alabama indie rock outfit Phantom Limb returned with their new album Pastoral last fall, which was released via Earth Libraries.
” In Death” is a standout single from the record. It showcases a colorful blend of raw garage rock with a youthful spirit and an artful psych-rock and odd-ball pop tendencies. Imagine a blend of Twin Peaks (the band) and late-era MGMT. It’s got youthful swagger but also a charm that is hard to ignore.
