Danish indie rockers The Jürgen Clubs have returned with their second single, “Shiver” a track that proves that the future is super bright for this band.

The band weaves in and out of the polished atmosphere deftly with the precision of a band that’s been around much longer. The indie rock anthem showcases a catchy ear-worm chorus and slick instrumentation that showcases flashes of bands like Peter Bjorn & John.

The bands lead singer Magnus Grilstad expands on the songs meaning below:

‘Shiver’ roams around a relationship I was in, but it’s something I think a lot of people have experienced at some point. It’s where one part has given up and have smashed the exit button, leaving the relationship and the other part surprised when the other part doesn’t feel like you have given it ‘the old college try’. I bailed on this relationship after a few months and my partner where sure we we’re gonna fight for the relationship a bit longer, but I just couldn’t see this going well.
