Jason Haberman (aka) Yaehsun is a Toronto-based Canadian multi-instrumentalist who returned with his new album VOYA this fall. The track features some great local Toronto musicians, such as Champagne James Robertson (The Weather Station, Dwayne Gretzky, Sam Jr) who is featured on the album standout and single, “Sun Bun.”
The track sounds exactly as described, an instrumental that soothes with sun-soaked guitar licks with a Khruangbin-like flavor to it. Just easygoing and a laid-back nature that calls to mind those now dearly missed glory days of summer.
