Cara Louise is a singer-songwriter from St. Louis, who now calls Nashville home. She recently released her new album Wholesome Dread, an album that features devastatingly personal and touching songs such as standout and single, “To Be Dead (Is to Be Known).

The songwriting style feels like it’s rooted in a long bygone era of songwriting that feels like its from a different time and places entirely.
