Toebow is an art-pop psych-adventure out of Brooklyn, starting as a guitar duo and soon expanding into something much more as a quartet.
The band has recently returned with their colorful new single “Kitchen,” a song about “getting through your worst times and coming out on top.” The track shape-shifts through an art rock sound with a vibrant and dream-laden energy, as much as a psych-rock and mathy exploration as a jubilant bolt of energy.

The song touches on issues surrounding over-indulgence, substance consumption, and getting past unhealthy and toxic periods of one’s life.
