Brooklyn psych rockers GIFT returned with their new album Momentary Presence earlier this month via Dedstrange. It’s an album that has revealed itself further with every new listen, an expansive and dreamy vibrant throwback to classic psych rockers of the past, with plenty of new flourishes that they make their own, such as on the colorful highlight “Share The Present.”

Then there is the hypnotic “Lost for You” with dreamy lush vocals that feels like they are taken from the 60s, mended with the modern psych musing of titans of the genre such as Tame Impala – more so their Innerspeaker days. So much rich texture and emotion that just comes bursting out of the speakers.

Following the album’s release, A Place to Bury Strangers offered up a remix of “Lost for You” that they describe as “warped like a box of records missing in transit—but like, good.”

Find all three cuts available to spin below and you can find the entire record available to stream and buy now at Bandcamp.
