Slim Wrist (FKA Super Inuit) are Edinburgh duo Fern Morris and Brian Pokora, who recently let go of their debut album Closer For Comforting.
“Milk Teeth” is a particular standout from the LP, one that taps into icy and vibrant synths and hypnotic electronic groovces, with a powerhouse vocal performance on top of its icy soundscapes. It offers elements of big pop hooks, but never quite giving in, leaving you wanting more (a good thing). Like a blend of Sylvan Esso and The Knife, “Milk Teeth” is a great indication for the rest of the record.
