Sea.Hear.Now returned to the lovely beachfront Asbury Park, New Jersey for the fourth annual edition of the festival, giving us a wonderful Day 1 (find our recap here).

Our photographer Kevin McGann returned to the festival for an equally eventful second day, kicked off by Afro-Cuban / funk artist Cimafunk, before the always passionate folk rock from the commanding Shakey Graves.

Next up was Wet Leg, a band whose had arguably one of the best 12 months in the world of music. From there it was a soulful set from Michael Franti & Spearhead, before the seaside threatened to cave into itself with the powerhouse force that is IDLES.

Rounding out the day was the always thrilling Cage The Elephant, followed by the ever-consistent Courtney Barnett, and a finishing set from Green Day, a band that surely doesn’t need any description from us.
