they wrote during “the height of Covid depression when all of our favorite bars and venues were closing, and everybody was just trying to figure out how to stay sane.” “PFC” has a simple but effective bedroom pop and indie folk blend that moves forward confidently with an indie rock heft to it that carries it along with verve and purpose.
