Galactic Fuzz is a Miami-based band making psychadelic-influenced garage rock, taking a sun-soaked route to the delicious rock riffs found on tracks such as their most recently shared single “Transparent.” It’s taken from the trio’s debut self-titled album which will be released on October 28th.

The track feels like it was plucked straight out of the 90s indie rock scene, with some charming rocking power pop elements that merge well with the more blistering guitar licks that certain turn their necks and gaze at the mighty titans of classic rocks past.

Speaking on the track the band added the following insight:

Transparent blends the power and tension of Grunge with Brit Pop sensibilities. The guitar parts build up steam as the song progresses, its chord progression seamlessly goes up a semitone each time around the block, with the song’s climax being an aggressive yet melodic guitar solo after the second chorus.
