Pet Owner is the project of Lucerne, Switzerland-based songwriter Lea Mathis, who has won us over her their single “Helping Hand”, the second taken from their upcoming album Natural Behaviour.
The song coasts by with a charming airy atmosphere and a breezy quality and vocal performance that has a warmth to it, all with an emotive and melancholic power that tackles “basic questions of a love relationship.” There is just a natural power to the track that is undeniable.
