COOL HEAT is a Chicago-based indie outfit that makes “dreamy lo-fi rock”. They are preparing for the release of his debut album, Nowhere which will be out on June 10th via Spirit Goth Records.
Ahead of its release is the awesome lead single “Memory Devotion” which features Midi Memory. The track takes me back to the early days of blog rock and chillwave, songs that evoke the hot summer days when your clothes practically feel a part of your skin. Chill and full of 80s nostalgia and jangly guitar hooks and colorful synths, it’s an absolute delight from start to finish.
