Dutch dream-pop duo Maida Rose released their debut album Tales of Adolescence back in March, the culmination of songs and ideas five years in the making. We have shared plenty of songs from the album and today we take a look at one of its many highlights in “Wherever I Am.”
The gorgeous cinematic dream pop outing coasts cooly with some slick production elements and a sneak catchy chorus that still weaves in smarty and refined instrumentation, as well as an overwhelming feeling of melancholy.
The track can be found streaming below, and you can and should find the album streaming and available to purchase at Bandcamp.
