Sea Lemon , the Seattle-based project of singer-songwriter Natalie Lew, won our hearts last year with her utterly infectious dream-pop single “Sunday.” She’s preparing for the release of her debut EP, due out later in the year via Spirit Goth Records.

The track seems like a lovely precursor to much better days come this summer, written about “fear of being inaccurately perceived, and the overthinking and wondering about how one is perceived and thought of.”

With a glistening sun-soaked melancholy and a dream-pop vocal performance that feels like a gorgeous mix of Alvvays and Day Wave. The track is polished and addictive, but warm in a way that just allows itself to be as is, not trying to overcomplicate things or be anything else than what it is: an awesome song.
