Austin, Texas dream-pop band Letting Up Despite Great Faults returned with their new album IV, featuring classic shoegaze and dreamy fuzzy goodness such as the single and closing effort, “Self Portrait.”
Turning its head back towards the 80s, the track features colorful and vibrant energy that carries a weight of nostalgic and emotionally connective punch that reminds of acts like The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Craft Spells, and of course, The Cure and Slowdive.
You can find “Self-Portrait” streaming below and the entire album available to buy or listen to at Bandcamp.
