This month saw Swedish singer-songwriter Mathias Gundhus release his debut EP, Now Would Be A Good Time, which is kicked off by the opening track and lead single, “Your Return.”
Adorned with gorgeous strings and a captivating traditional folk style that packs a deft emotional punch with some wonderous arrangements and vocals, reminding of The Tallest Man on Earth, Jens Lekman, and a bit of a sound very much of his own. It touches deep down in your soul, feeling genuine and sincere all the way through.
