Boise-based garage rock trio The French Tips are preparing for the release of their new album All The Rage, which will be released later this Spring.
“Halo” is the lead single and first taste of the album that was shared earlier this year and features some sharp angular guitar work and a methodical spirit to it that has a hypnotic trance like atmosphere that feels like Warpaint, just left out in the garage a bit too long (this is meant as a compliment).

Driven by melodic musings on death, the song harkens back to the sensibility and emotionality of The Cure while maintaining its femme punk ethos.
