On the new record, he embarks on an ambitious journey that captures a saga-like quality like the Iliad or Odyssey, epic stories from ancient Greece told from beyond the edge of humankind. The Banquet was written, recorded, produced and performed by Luke De-Sciscio in collaboration with musicians from across the globe
“The Banquet (in G#)” is the first single that he shared from the record, a song that shows his versatility as an artist, embarking on a rather bold and ambitious turn that still has traces of his trademark folk sound, but with elements of classic rock, prog rock and some cinematic heft to it with the captivating strings.
