Canadian indie rock outfit No Frills are prepping their debut album Downward Dog for release on April 1st, which will be released via Big Soup.
Ahead of its release comes the slick 80s inspired “Copy Cat.” There is a lovely groovy shimmer to it all, painting with broad strokes on a colorful pallete of sharp jangly guitar riffs and a bedroom pop psych sound, like a mix of Tops, Men I Trust and early Mac DeMarco.
