Anto Dust is the musical venture of Anto Cossu, musician and composer from the Italian island of Sardinia now based in London. She is preparing for the release of a new album and has given us a preview of it by the way of her new single “A Larkin.”
It’s a gorgeously crafted folk ballad of sorts, with a haunted yet pretty presence and atmosphere, providing the perfect trajectory for her heartbreaking powerhouse vocals. There are classic moments of folk and rock from many eras of the past, but put together in a way that feels ready for the present day.
