San Francisco’s Young Prisms will return with their first full-length album in nearly 10 years, Drifter, due March 25th via Fire Talk Records.

The band shared the album’s lead single “Honeydew” a blissful journey of warm dream pop arrangements with fuzzy shoegaze guitar work and lush vocals that showcase the band picking right back where they left off without missing a beat. It’s a more upbeat nature but one that still captures the essence of their sound in perfect formation.

With its release came the music video, which was directed by the band’s Giovanni Betteo and starring vocalist Stefanie Hodapp. Enjoy a watch below along with a quote from Betteo about its inspiration below:

I always wanted to make a video that was focused on restraint especially with choreography being key and shock so prevalent. It feels like a bit of a contradiction for someone, who can’t seem to record a song without an excessive amount of filters and effects, to make a video that is in black and white and wholly driven by minimalism.
