Éva Montoya is an artist who has been involved in music from a young age, being a part of her parents’ band, The Volt per Octaves, by age eight.
Now at age 23, she is releasing solo music of her own, such as the gorgous and atmospheric “East.” The track captures a bit of a mysterious ethereal tone, that blossoms into something more resembling floating dream pop in the vein of Beach House during its impressionable chorus. It’s a track that balances many elements and tones but feels wholly unique in itself.
