Outlaw Boogie is the moniker of London-based singer-songwriter Michael James Dent who has shared his single “Eyes Wired Shut”, which will appear on his upcoming new EP, due for release in 2022.
The single is described by Dent as being semi-autobiographical, and mainly about “me trying to not be so cynical!” The track coasts by with some light and charming jangly guitar and dreamy presence that carries itself with a playful spirit, yet one that also packs an under-the-radar emotional push with plenty of odes to classic dream-poppers from a different era.
