Nashville-based singer-songwriter Erin Rae recently let go of her latest single “Candy & Curry”, a track about a”wakening and being centered in the present moment.”
Built around old school Beach Boys like arrangements with a trippy and patient psychadelic-leaning slow build, the song also captures the spell of modern acts like Jenny Lewis and Natalie Prass. It moves at a delicious pace of its own, slowly opening up with operatic strings and guitar work.
