Brooklyn synth-pop indie outfit Nation of Language have recently returned with their single “This Fractured Mind,” which will appear on their upcoming new album A Way Forward, their quick follow-up to their 2020 debut, Introduction, Presence.
It’s a colorful effort that dives into the best that synth-pop and electronic music has to offer, diving deep into all the best elements of 80s new wave and electronic pop. The track is life-affirming, full of life, and damn groovy for over five minutes straight.
