It’s crazy to think that summer is quickly coming towards the finish line somehow, but we still got plenty of great memories to be made. These are some of the feelings I gathered from “Bear The Waves,” the latest offering from the ever-reliable Stray Fossa.
It’s actually a new take of an older song that the band’s singer Will started singing a different melody to so they wrote a new song over the instrumental. The track is going to be included on their b-sides EP that is due out next month. The track summons all the lush dreamy goodness you have come to expect from the band, with a warm glow of nostalgia that feels quite inviting and cathartic.
