Sonny & the Sunsets returned with their New Day with New Possibilities on July 30th via Rocks In Your Head. The album features old school country and Americana folk throwbacks such as the album highlight “Palm Reader.”
The cosmic country effort features a lovely amount of gritty twang that carries a hearty soulful nature that harkens to so many of the great songwriters of the genre in the past. There is a genuine laid-back vibe and good-natured tone that hits that sweet spot, perfect for listening out on the porch with a cold one during a warm summer night.
